Meh I think he is an okay character he is definetly a comic relief style character at times and I will start off with Risky's Revenge as he is basically a person who tells you where you go to next if your stuck. I believe is Shantae's uncles assistant as he can commonly be found in the lab. Now in Pirates Curse he gives you items through out the game lol. He is first seen holding a mace as he is helping protect the town from Ammo Barons men (you don't get to see him hit people I believe). Later he is looking after some children zombies and asks for some food to feed them :3 and hives you the palace key. Later on he you give him X-rey specs and in return he gives you a thing that lets you into the "Village of Lost Souls" which has an amazing theme I would 75/10 recommend . And finally he has a job working for the Ammo Baron as the glasses apparently made him look smart and he messes up a target module which accidentally helps saves the palace from an attack lol. He is definitely a funny character and adds to the series, just not as crazy about him as I'am with some of the other character like the Squid Baron lol.
