I believe she is meant to be the really powerful mage character who also has the over protective older sibling, I think I almost always had her as one of my units after recruiting her cause gotta love powerful magic users :3. I believe she was kidnapped and was being mind controlled and to recruit her I believe you have to kill the boss of the level first (mentioned in Faye descriptions). I don't remember much else about her other than that....I remember going to her home village but the dialogue there just isn't coming to mind so will hopefully play the game again.

I think both the pose and outfit worked really well in this drawing...honestly I started it a few days a go so opening the year with a drawing started last year so I guess a change from usual. The gold and gray colour combo is interesting as it feels like a contrast of a richer and a common colour, the arms hidden behind the cape is a nice design.
