Description
I think the dock and the side of the ship worked out well but I feel the top looks off as I didn't want to use the same building style as the original image so attempted to draw 2 huts which I feel look a bit off. At first I thought about just posting the sketch but then decided to colour the ship and I feel the wood colour scheme looks pretty good plus the planks pattern came out pretty nice. I almost forgot to draw the pillars and masts with me only remembering to add them as I finished the rets of the sketch, the image also had some buildings in the background which I thought looked cool.

I went into this expecting a bit too much as ship drawings can be a bit of challenge and this was my first sky shot style drawing (in my other ship drawings I usually do an angled side shot). I may try another dock style image in the future to try and improve on this as I would love to pull off this style one day.
