Description
I was in the mood for playing this game again recently and it was fun and I feel I got more invested in Isaac as a character as it finally hit me how much he is actually burdened with despite starting out as a kid just learning spells. The first mini boss is an evil mage who kidnaps Isaac's friend and the game made him feel incredibly angry at the guy taking advantage of magic then Isaac to make people feel safe were some character moments that hit me a lot harder. Honestly excited to go through the story again as I feel I focused more on gameplay on my previous playthroughs.

This drawing is based off one of the game covers (I contemplated drawing the other but prefer the sitting pose), the body proportions are a bit off as I struggled to shape Isaac. I do like the overall look of the drawing though, the wand holding style also looks kind of cool and I like the spikes coming off of the curving part also he was biting the apple in the original but I decided to just draw the arm further down.
