Johto is one of my favorite regions as I love playing Soul Silver and I love all three of the starters as they are all cute, have awesome evolution lines and are fun to battle with :3. I would probably say they are my favorite set of starters as I loved all of them in the anime as they all had cute voices but Totodile's was so awesome . I have wanted to draw these three for a while but struggled to find a poses I liked but today I decided to finally draw them as I hope to do a Journal on something to do with the Johto region .

Chikorita-Was the first starter I picked as I think they are the cutest and I loved their voice the most in the anime and I love how they launched Razor Leaf attacks from the leaf on their head. It was a struggle on my first run as I lost to the first gym leader 3 times and the second 7 but I still wanted to beat the game with Chiko by my side =^-^=. I also kind of really want a Chikorita plush as it would be so cool to use as a decoration but I do have a mini figurine and they are so cute . Also I watched TFS do a Soul Silver Nuzlocke where they insulted Chikorita's design which honestly annoyed me at times but the model was a bit odd o_o I still love you though Chiko .

Cyndaquil-Is the starter I use the most as I love Typhlosion and I love Eruption as it is a move that attacks both opponents in a double battle . Also I think Cyndaquil is just adorable its little smile is just so aww and I love when they follow you in Soul Silver as it makes the journey so much funner. I honestly think Cynda is the easiest starter to use as I feel most comfortable with their move pool and fire is the latest type you get access to out of the three starter types. I just want to give a Cyndaquil an apple as I imagine it would look so happy, also on Tumblr I saw a bunch of little Cyndaquil's lying around a Typhlosion and it was so adorable .

Totodile-Totodile is the starter I want to do a run with where I don't evolve as I saw this really interesting hack story where a trainer lost to a champion as he didn't evolve his Totodile and the champion feared the Pokemon evolving so froze it. It really upped my emotionally attachment to Toto and I really wish I remembered the hack stories name to try and find more parts. Also I loved the fact Totodile kicked a Charizards ass cause he is an awesome little Pokemon and his voice in the anime was amazing I use to try and impersonate it when I was younger lol. I think it being chosen to be the water starter was the best choice and I love when it uses water gun in the anime =^-^=.
