Description
This is a gift drawing for and it was one of the first ideas that came to mind for the December gifts I just put it off as I was not sure how to tackle it. Today I decided to finally just go for it and honestly its not the best scenery based drawing I have done but do feel happy with it and the layout is kind of decent. Drawings like this usually take me 2 hours but I kind of simplified this one down so I may attempt a more detailed version (finding an image was a bit of a pain). The map itself is for a Hide and Seek game and I drew it for Monkey since they were an amazing seeker on it =^-^= so it seemed like a gift for them.

The first object I drew was the staircase as I wanted to focus on the main building, the issued I have with it is that I only drew the front as I should of drawn more walls to it (the image I used was angled to only show the front but in my drawing it looks angled). The floor is made up of snow and stone and its quite patchy in the original but for this drawing I wanted to make the snow the main design. The bottom right corner is probably my favorite part as I think the stacked items with a fence around it has a nice look to it. There are a few ice sections but I decided to just make them into a frozen lake, again may tackle this again and try to put more time into each section but I think this is a decent rough first drawing.
