Description
For me Orochimaru was the best villain in terms of being pure evil as he did so many messed up things and the idea of him being "redeemed" is a little weird, his debut in the Forest of Death is probably one of my all time favourite villain debuts. The way he talks about prey trying to escape a predator while he is countering everything Sasuke throws at him and the fact he just absolutely destroyed Naruto and Sasuke in their fight (it was satisfying not seeing the good guys get a cheap win). Then there is the scene where Kakashi is pretty much threatening him and Orochimaru doesn't even test his bluff because he knew he could take him and just walks away, I'm not as crazy about the Chunnin Exam arc as most people but Orochi definitely was my favourite thing about it :3. One of the most un settling scenes for me is when he revealed to the Third Hokage he had taken over a women's body and then started laughing, this guy is definitely one of the best villains I have ever seen.

This drawing was easy for the most part although the crossed arms took a few attempts as I was not sure how to position the right arm plus it came out too thin on a few attempts but the final result came out pretty well. I think the facial expressions came out really great (sorry if not clear) as I went for the sharper and smaller eyes style plus a sort of grin with the jaw underline I just think the face captured his arrogance quite well. I added the Sound Village headband and a sword he had in an image to fill a bit more space and I like how the handle of the sword has a scaly pattern on it to show off his ties to snakes. The angled stance came out pretty well as the head tends to be the part I draw facing forward but here I feel I kind of pulled off his face turning more to the side.
Sorry I don't do a lot of Naruto fan art I just kind of focus on other anime series for drawing but hopefully I shall do more Naruto stuff regularly at some point.
