Description
Going into Violet I only say the professors so um Penny had the this will be a major character look to me and you know the eevee bag is amazing. I think quirky is the right term for her outfit which I feel gives her more personality and also um makes me wonder if it was what made her a target for the bullying established in the Team Star path. Her using an Eeveevolutions team was fun, Sylveon as her ace was rough though since I never counter fairy offensively which was rough after a Star base leader specializing in Fairy's.

The outfit was quite fun to draw as I like the hoodie plus the eevee bag poking out at the side looks cute and I love how the straps have a fluffy design to them. I almost tried drawing her taller as I made her head bigger at first so wanted to go for a bigger scale but struggled to draw her legs longer, so I scaled down her head instead.
Penny's battle theme is amazing it is a really fun major trainer theme which I feel plays of the Eeveevolutions well.
