Description
A lot of people say Arceus is the God of Pokémon but has Arceus ever destroyed a meteorite that endangered the world because Rayquaza has in both the main series and PMD series . Sorry I'm a bit biased as Rayquaza is tied with Latios for my favourite Legendary Pokémon spot, I just think they have a lot more prescience than a lot of the other Legendary Pokémon (not saying the others don't just Rayquaza just feels they have a lot of influence in the Pokémon series). I have had drawing him in my mind for a while but the way his body twists threw me off trying but a few days a go I decided to finally for the drawing and I feel really happy with the result =^-^= especially the colours. In the future I may draw Groudon as well and if that goes well Kyogre too as that could be a fun Legendary set to complete, every time I do a Pokémon drawing I think to myself why don't I draw them more regularly lol.

For this drawing I started with the body part his arms and neck are attacked too, this drawing was basically just draw out each cylinder part of his body and then re size them to balance his body proportions out. The way his tail twists looks really cool and I feel proud of it, the end of his tail was actually the only part I felt was positioned wrong in the first attempt also sorry for it being a bit blurry. The colouring was a lot of fun as the patterns on his body came out really nice and I'm glad for the most part they stand out =^-^=, also the over all green looks great (I used a dark tone then added a lighter one of it which kind of helped me get close to the original tone). I contemplated drawing more teeth but in the end stuck with the originals design, I kind of like how the lack of teeth look in this drawing as it makes Rayquaza look a bit calmer.
