Description
A new character design was one of two ideas I had for today, he will be a dark deck user with his ace being an owl but I'm starting to feel like the monster looks a bit bat like. At some point I'm hoping to start the story and may post here to make up for days I have not drawn, I feel like his design has a slightly more antagonist role so me may be a constant villain as a bunch of characters are planned to be temporary enemies to the main. I plan on calling the story Zen Flow Will as it will be about monsters taking advantage of their players, an idea was for Ryuto to be missing his sister and his ace taking advantage of that loneliness.

I definitely like drawing the smaller monster with hints of its scaled up design coming off of it (thinking how exactly to word this was tough), just looks like a different kind of bird. Ryuto's design felt a bit rough on my first few attempts but after a few re drawings of each part of his outfit I ended up really liking the design and I'm excited to use him in the story. This was one of those oc drawings where it felt like any hair colour I chose would feel like a re hash of another with me eventually feeling its been a while since I last gave a character light blue hair.
