Description
Over the past 2 months I have thought about working making another Beyblade story that will involve the higher ranked Bladers having bounties on them (yeah kind of sounds weird for Beyblade) but yesterday I finally decided to make some characters. Sage will be the main character and Ryo will be his rival (he will have a higher bounty on him which will get on Sage's nerves ), the pair of them and a third character will underground team champions but their team mate will sell them out to save their own skin. As a result the team will be disbanded and Sage and Ryo will go their own ways, the side frames of their faces will be disguises they wear (added it as I thought it could be a fun little concept for this potential series). Sage's bey is called Crystal Horsulong which will be a defence type while Ryo's bey is called Star Phoexio which will be a stamina type as I think the rival having the bey type advantage would be a fun idea, Pokémon style =^-^=.

Sage's design was inspired by a character from Pinterest and honestly majority of the drawing is similar with the only differences being the right arm being added and me making the bottom of the coat shorter (was the around the same width at first but I didn't like him looking too similar). Ryo's design was inspired by the main character from Black Rock Shooter (not sure on her name) and random fact that was the planned design inspiration the entire time I had the idea for this series as originally I planned on drawing 4 characters but didn't go through with it as I was not as inspired then as I am now. I gave Ryo diagonal stripes on his trousers as I thought it would be a nice pattern and then I gave Sage straight stripes on his trousers to go for a similar yet different vibe as I think that trait works well with rivals. Sorry for the beyblades being more simplistic in this drawing I sort felt a bit burst out after drawing out both characters and the portrait frame of Ryo but if I ever re draw either of these 2 I will try and draw their beys better.
