Description
After seeing a sort of ceremony scene where a character holds up their family heirloom's sword I thought it would be fun to try and draw a sword in its container but it was hard to find an anime based image. The one I worked from looked cool but I wanted to try out a different layout but the table and banner both came out really well here while the carpet was something I added myself. I gave this a fiery colour scheme as I liked this being some sort of legendary fire sword or belonging to a fire clan, the carpet patterns looked really nice especially with the two patterns.

If I could find another image to work from I would draw this style of drawing again as I think it came out looking really cool and the table display was fun to draw especially with the two candles.
