Description
After a bit of thinking I thought a tea party drawing could be a fun scenery based image to try out although I went with a more simple layout as I thought it would be easier to draw out but who knows maybe one day I will feel more ambitious. At first it was just going to be the top of the table but then I decided I wanted to draw the cloth hanging off the side and during the drawing I added a lined pattern (spoiler I plan on drawing a character with a pattern jacketFor this drawing I drew out the food displays first since it was the tallest object and then used it to position the plates and tea cup as I wanted to use the objects to work out how wide the table would be. The floor tiles being pink and green is from the original image which also had a brick wall but due to me using square and rectangle patterns for both the cloth and floor I was not sure about drawing the brick wall (I could of done a none brick wall but to be honest in the moment I hardly ever contemplate altering scenery based drawings). My favourite part is the cloth as both the red colour and cross hatching style pattern look amazing and work really well as a background of the plates and other decorations
