Description
She was a name dropped pro player alongside Oguma which I did as a way of building up to Niko eventually facing off against them. The deck type I gave her was Light with Heavenly Mech's being her monster choice as they are pretty much the go to monster theme for Light, the idea is they are weapon based cards that boost a field monster from the hand. An idea is most skilled players hate Niko's alter ego Hikari for her fame through stage battles but I see Tiera being more of a fan of her as she will be into the more showman style. Sorry harder to think of stuff to say as I'm a bit tired plus had a different drawing planned but last minute decided to design Tiera.

Her ace monster is Heavenly-Mech Scythe and I was going to give the scythe a black and red blade then thought that would go against the Light theme so decided to use a sort of golden brown tone for the blade instead. For her skirt I wanted to add flowers with vines connecting them as a way to give off more of a graceful vibe to her outfit (I like the more designy style).
