Toroki is the former owner of the Legendary Water Monster card but lost it in a battle that caused him to lose his mind. He uses data to dominate most of his competition but his crazy mind adds un-predictability to his side in battle. He is the third ranked and Water user of the Masqueradous but was the first one of the group to be unmasked. He is sneaky and would happily sacrifice any ally of his just so he can claim victory on his own.
