Description
She was a character I found while looking up designs on Pinterest and I decided to draw her today as I'm in the mood for some casual anime drawing (was going to character design but my heart was not fully in it). Apart from the right arm looking out of place as I was not sure how to position the shoulder this drawing wen't really well especially the stripe shirt :3. Chose to draw this as a half body as I thought worker with bigger proportions would show off the details more easily although I contemplated doing a full body to show off the sock designs she had as they played off the rest of the outfit well in the original outfit. The two darker blue objects on her shirt are suppose to be cat designs, I honestly forgot the point on the right side was suppose to be the tips of her her hair so I accidentally made it a tail for the cat :3.

After drawing out the shorts I was a little worried this drawing was going to be too thin but drawing out the shirt convinced me that the width worked out really well. I drew the arm bending towards the side but in the original the elbow was suppose to be pointing in the same direction as her face, I'm just not sure on how to draw an arm bent/angled like that o-o. The shirt was the funnest part to draw and colour as the wider lining on the blue patches has a nice design plus it was fun to colour them darker also the cats were a nice design to try out. For her hair I coloured it with a golden brown and another tone (not sure how to describe) and I think I got a tone that matched the original pretty well, the layout is a bit thick but I think it looks quite graceful just in the future will try and thin it down to see if it looks better.
