Description
Ziro will take over the role of main protagonist, I decided to do this since I mostly have female leads so I want to change things up a bit. I did consider going for a Fairy Tail style of having 2 characters that seem like the lead, Ziro will be a passionate Zonelle player that will help Noelle to stay into the game as she wavered a bit. However I want him to have a mysterious past that will tie into the antagonists trying to control the professional scene, a funny thing is I designed an opponent for Noelle just for Ziro to hijack the battle. Gonna try and get back into the story just gotta remind myself of card effects and I may put off posting here till I have a couple parts up on Tumblr (I write the initial version there).

Since I am committing to Ziro as the lead I decided to draw his ace and honestly I feel like his outfit is befitting a Sage but do really like the style of it. The waist cloth on Ziro will most likely be some sort of prize that he wears with pride which will be a clue to his past , I feel like I can't pull off the over the top card game protag hair so I just gave him some a bit of white to make it feel more unique. I may be tempted to design some Zonelle cards I just need to figure out what changes I may make like adding a pattern on the frame.
