K so this is take 2 with the tablet and take one doing a background with it....aka why it looks shitty. Overall im quite unimpressed with everything about this, including lineart, but i want to keep practicing with the tablet so this is my second try at doing that. this doesn't look shitty at all!
the light on his hair, the small veins, the WOW AMAZING LINES, the perspective - it's all great!
the only thing that really bothers me on the piece is the lack of definition on the rocks and sky - they do blend a bit too much, and a bit sharper shading would have helped as well, imho.
that said, you did the water on the ground effect really well!
you are a great artist - don't be too hard on yourself just cause you weren't born with the thing in hand!
