A critique would never contain an statement like "this is crap". That's just a destructive comment, not even close to a critique.

As I said, a critique wont never contain such a statement. If it does, it's not a critique anymore, but an insult. Also, a critique contain references, information, some ways to solve the mistakes of the artwork and elaborated reasons to help the artist improve. That comment lacks effort, information and sense. You don't even know what a critique is, it seems.
