Good evening true believers. I come bearing the latest fruit of my artistic labor. I’d like you all to meet: Dr. Octavius Wilson a.k.a. Octopool. Here’s a bit of his origin story. He was a soldier/scientist who signed up to tour the world with the US Army. After contracting cancer from one of the foreign countries he visited, Octavius signed up for the Weapon X program in hopes of curing said cancer.

The treatment he received gave him awesome regenerative powers whilst enhancing his already sublime intellect. Along with the brutality of war, his newly gained powers also drove him back shit crazy. After being discharged from the army, he returned back to civilian life in the states. From there, he fashion himself a harness of robotic tentacles to help him multitask with his work. But he needed more funding for his research, so he dawned the garb you see here and took up the government name “Deadpool” but combined it with his extra appendages to give him the name: Octopool.

I’ll add further details to his backstory in my next status update. For now, I based his costume off of Dr. Octopus from the Spectacular Spider-Man TV cartoon; especially his tentacles. I couldn’t really decide on a color scheme, so I just played it random. I think it turned out exceptionally well. Until next time true believers, excelsior!
