I had to get some propers to post this, but here you go.here's a page of a comic called The Cat's Meowth that I passed towards bbmbbf for the pokemon part of the Mobuis Network. and as you can see, Meowth from Team Rocket has come across a small group of queens. all of the first stage feline pokemon to date take place place in this story and Meowth of Team Rocket is centered around it. you'll only find this in one place, so enjoy the read.

Cats in many religions are not only sacred, but are the guardians of hell and can ward away evil spirits. I like cats, they are cool. I thought they looks anthro at first, but apparently, it's just me, and Skitty looks more cat-like in this style

Woah. I thought Pokemon can't talk save for Meowth, so this comic takes place in Pokemon Black and white Adventures in Unova or whatever? If Pokemon could talk and do human thing... Then the wild Mawile and Zangoose would talk but are male characters, this talking Mawile would be voiced by Roger Craig Smith same as Sonic the hedgehog. While This talking Zangoose would be Voiced by Dan Green Same as Knuckles the Echidna, This talking Skitty would be voiced by Taeko Kawata same as Amy rose.
if it was animated, then it would take place between BW137 and BW138 as they have 3 Litleo because they are kalos pokemon.

throughout the series, a few pokémon have actually spoken in human (Mewetwo doesn't count since he was using Telepathy, as was Reshiram and Arceus), they are Meowth and Gastly; Duplica's Ditto spoke when mimicing Meowth and some antagonist's Chatot mimics its trainer in one of the movies. it should also be noted that in the Johto region games in the Mahogany Town Team Rocket Hideout, a specific bird pokémon also spoke. I think it was a Murkrow, but don't quote me on it.
incidentally, pokémon do indeed talk, at least that's how the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series put it.
the truth is, I decided to translate what all of the other cats are saying, because pokéspeech irritates the hell out of me in a regular comic. in all honesty, when I did this, X and Y were just releasing info on the Kalosdex, which Litleo was announced at the time. a female Litleo was planned for Meowth too, but at that time, I was uncertain if Litleo had gender specifics to it (since they didn't mention) like there are with the electric lion, Shinx

hmm, I would like to see all pokemon ACTUALLY spoke human language as pokemon trainers would actually be SURPRISED in the Anime, Imagine if Ash's Pikachu could talk.
Pokemon speaking human language in a nutshell:
Ash Ketchum, why do you make me participate in a pokemon battle, STOP WASTING OUR TIME!!!
Pikachu?! I Thought you shouldn't talk in human language, this isn't Digimon, Pikachu.
Well, the closest pokemon media where Pokemon Could talk with presence of Pokemon Trainers is That Funny Pokemon comic with a Kid with weird clefairy who had a "Cousin" named Pikachu.
If all Pokemon should talk with presence of Pokemon Trainers, Then They would complaint against Inhumane battle (Known as Pokemon fighting or Better, Pokemon battle) for example...
a random Kid: go, Mawile!
Mawile: Random Kid, Stop forcing other pokemon to battle against an Strongest Pokemon ever. First of all... Pokemon are meant to be friends not enemies, secondly... Pokemon Battles are just inhumane battle, now... THAT IS FUCKING ANIMAL CRUELTY!
and, This is why Pokemon COULD not talk with presence of Pokemon Trainers and this is not DIGIMON. This is Pokemon we're talking about.
