Drip

Blood dripped on the cold hard bathroom floor, flowing into a puddle of blood.

Memories flooded in his mind of a woman whom he truly loved.

Would she know?

Did she care.

First his mother.

Then his father.

Now the love of his life.

When would it end?

When would he be happy?

Happiness.

That smile of hers.

It always brightened up his day.

The way she loved science, the way she was so passionate about her career.

He wanted to tell her that she could do whatever she wanted if she set her mind to it.

He wanted to tell her that anytime he called her names it was his way of saying...

I love you.

He wanted to tell her anytime he called her princess, it was because she was his princess.

He would be her prince, her knight.

Anything she wanted, he would be.

He loved how his name rolled off her tongue.

It literally made his stomach turn with pleasure, how lovely it sounded.

Why?

Why couldn't she just see, that he wanted her all to himself.

She was his world, wasn't he hers?

Why couldn't she see that when he was jealous it was because he was in love with her?

That he wanted to be her everything?

Perhaps he wasn't good enough?

Perhaps he wasn't handsome enough?

Perhaps he wasn't smart enough?

Perhaps he wasn't nice enough?

Where did he fail at?

He didn't remember.

The only thing he could remember was that he loved her, more than she could ever know.

Light engulfed his darkness and there he saw a black figure, he wanted to tell it to "fuck off" but the figure kept saying his name.

You were holding Levi's hand, watching as the oxygen pumped air into his body.

His face was pale, his eyes were closed so you couldn't tell if he was asleep or worse.

You cringed when you thought of what happened.

You kick down the door to see levi laying down in a pool of blood on the floor.

Your heart stopped as memories of you and him flashed thru your head, that now seemed to been destroyed by the scene in front of you.

You quickly hugged his body crying into neck. A cry that would make the heavens weep.

"Levi!"

You couldn't believe levi would do this, that's when you remember that Levi told you love makes you do stupid stuff.

"Levi! Look at me please! Don't go!"

Levi's limp body never moved, his eyes stared back into the emptiness of the room.

" I love you so much! Please come back!"

Your tears mixed with the pool of blood on the floor, never before had you wanted someone back so much.

Truth be told you felt your soul break into a million tiny pieces.

"Levi-please come back! I'm sorry, I'm so sorry!"

"...prin..cess."

You gasp and look at levi with tears rolling down your cheeks, as blood rolled down his mouth that now had a small smile.

"...you..you came ...you....returned to me."

"Don't talk, you're going to be fine!"

"Shhh! Save your energy....it's going to be ok. I love you."

You say hugging him again, levi had passed out in your arms as your shoulders shook violently as you cried.

You rubbed his forehead and then you kissed it.

"I'll be right back ok?"

You walk outside to the hallway to see your dad writing notes.

"Is he going to be ok?"

You ask him drying your tears.

"Only time will tell sweetie, but in honesty if you hadn't showed up this ...little gut shot as they call would have been terrible. Frankly it's a slow and painful way to die."

He says patting your head, you frown and nod.

You didn't want to hear how Levi suffered all by himself.

You sniffle and wipe a tear from your eye.

"Dad...will you-"

Your eyes begin to water again and your father hugs you in a tight embrace.

"Don't worry honey, he's going to make it...after all he's going to give you children right? My grand babies?

You smile a little at your fathers joke.

"I thought you didn't like him?"

You ask.

"Eh? Any guy who saves my daughter has my vote."

He says with a grin.

"Thank you dad."

You say wiping your tears away.

"It's ok, go get you something to eat."

You nod and walk into the lounge area. Looking outside the window the snow covered the road now.

"Cut it out brad!"

You look over to see a girl and a boy. The boy held the can of soda away from the girl In a teasing manner.

"Say that I'm better than you."

"No way!"

You smile as you thought they resembled you and levi in your younger days.

You walk over and take the soda away from the boy and hand it to the girl.

"Here ya go."

"Thank you so much."

"Party pooper."

He says walking off with the girl.

You were trying to fight sleep, hoping he would wake up.

His hands were always cold, even when you warmed them.

"Come...on ..wake up."

The only thing that answered you was the sound of machines.

You were still at Levi's bedside rubbing his hand.

You smiled when you started to remember memories from the past.

"Make me feel like I'm the only girl in the world!"

You sang while brushing your teeth for bed, you had on cute bunny pajamas on today and you had on a cream for your skin since the seasons were changing.

You look to see Levi holding his cellphone, snapping a picture.

He says teasing you, you throw your bottle of toothpaste at him.

"Delete it!"

"No. I think I'll make it my home screen picture...better yet. I'll put it on Facebook and call it. "This is how my girlfriend goes to bed." I like I-"

Levi is tackled to the ground by you.

"Oh no, a monster."

He says teasing you.

"That's right! And I'm going to devour you!"

You say biting his neck gently, making him chuckle and flip you over.

"Not before I devour you first."

Your face blushes a dark red.

"I'm the monster you can't devour me-"

Levi silences you with his lips and slowly kissing you till you wanted more but he pulls away as your gaze looks at his smooth lips.

"Then how about I stab you with something."

You look confused then you blush a dark red.

"Get off me Levi!"

You guys were in the mall and there was a parrot that scared the daylight out you, but it wasn't in its cage so it was following you.

"Get the parrot first-"

"Squak!"

You squeal in freight and Levi grabs the bird by the neck and sticks it in a box.

"There?! Happy?"

You nod and give him a bear a hug.

"Yes I am, thank you so much."

"That will be 50 dollars."

"Oh? I'm broke."

"Then why are we here?!"

You woke up and made your way to the kitchen to see a note with a plastic container.

The note read as such

"I came In Earlier and saw that you were sleeping like an idiot. So, I just left this for you since you eat a lot. Seriously? Why do you eat so much? Not that I'm complaining, but seriously where do you stuff it at?

Anyways make sure you chew and clean up the mess afterward, if I come back to your room and see a crumb I will punish you severely.

You smirk at your friend innocence then you reply back with

Yes it is, he let me have it.

P.s. It is very clean and he told me not to get it dirty....but I already spilled juice on it... Don't tell him lol.

You say as you were getting your tattoo.

"Stop being a baby, you're not dying."

Levi says holding your hand.

The tattoo artist said.

"Just finish my tattoo, please."

You say looking away blushing.

You knock on Levi's door and listen for a response only to hear silence.

You open the door quietly to see him at his desk asleep. You close the door quietly, and look at him closely.

He looked so peaceful, you took a picture with your phone and giggled to yourself.

Then you pick him up bridal style and gently place him on the bed.

"Good night levi."

You kiss him on the lips quickly and cut off the lights till you hear him mumble.

"...princess...don't eat ...it all...save some..for me."

Levi mumbles in his sleep causing your heart to jump and your face to turn a Scarlett red.

He was dreaming about you.

Walking over to him you whisper in his ear.

"Ok..I'll save you some."

He says running the track beside you, you were out of breath and red in the face.

You continue to pant as Levi slowed down and caught up with you.

"Then maybe you should stop eating out?"

Levi says teasing and pinching your cheeks.

"Or...stop exercising."

You retort.

"Eh, you'll get the hang of it."

He slaps your butt causing you to yelp and blush.

"Levi!"

"Overtime, or no more kisses for the day."

He says running infront of you.

You say running after him.

You smiled to yourself as you remembered the fun times you had with him.

You remembered so many more memories with him.

Now all that's left is a lifeless levi.

You hear his phone ring, but you don't answer it. You want Levi to answer it it was his phone after all.

After awhile it makes a noise and you check to see what it was.

You accidentally removed the message by mistake.

You cover you mouth in shock as you see Levi's home screen.

There before your eyes was a picture you remember Levi took the night you two kissed for the first time, which was Halloween.

You both had on your costumes and were kissing each other on the lips.

Then you read the caption he put down at the bottom.
