Somewhere in the galaxy, a savage race of alien beings are hosting another season of their favorite T.V. game show called "Battle Worlds". They start by taking other creatures and people from their home planets and place them in brutal fighting environments. They take from many different worlds and time periods and rejoice in the vicious carnage that ensues.
The crowd laughs and cheers at the colorful creatures on the video screens. The game hosts have really done it this time! Taking a dangerous creature like a changeling and mixing it with humanoid DNA. The bets are out against the little hooved things! While seemingly one sided, the audience always enjoys a blood bath!
"Medley get up! I got a good hit on that thing but it won't stay down for long!"
The battered pegasus struggles to resume her stance and barely manages it.
"I . . . can't . . . keep running!"
Firefly wraps a foreleg around her friend to keep her steady.
"Here, lean on me! I think I see a cave we can hide in! If we could just . . ."

So we have yet another race consisting entirely of sociopaths.
Incidentally i wonder if they caught something too powerful for them to control that broke out.
