Doing a reworking of an old oc of mine. His original name was Gale and he had a semi important role in Liz's original story from back in 2008 when they were both initially created. His role isn't as important anymore depending on the au you're in, but when he does have a role in Liz's life it's more of an older adoptive/foster brother for her than anything else.
