A new OC, named Ren.

He's a water dragon that loves reading. His hair used to be blue but once he came to live with modern people he dyed it mahogany, though his horns stayed blue. Ren loves bells, which is why he has a lot on his outfit, as well as many wave-like designs. His fingernails are sharp and are usually painted blue.

He changes his outfit a lot, so he usually never wears the same outfit for too long, though it usually stays somewhat the same. His weapon is a giant meat cleaver, and he tends to wear a Kitsune mask over his face frequently, though it isn't shown here.

Ren is mine.
