Backstory
He is one of Angeiryds, created by spirits, but he's one of the youngest, 'late generation' as some say.

Personality
Usually very calm and friendly, always ready to lend a hand if it's needed. Like almost all of his kind is attracted to light-bearers, especially Io, who he watched for since her childhood. Sometimes he can be even jealous when she pays attention to other males, heh. Often behaves like a big child, entertaining himself with dead spirits.

Angeiryds

Angeiryds [an-geh-rids] or half-spirits are beings created by spirits for communication with mortals as majority of spirits can be seen and heard only by almost rare light-bearers, the ones who have light abilities. Half-spirits played a role of translators at first, later they were let to roam free whenever they wanted.
There are a few of them, but nobody knows how many; each is unlike the others in shape and colours, with unique abilities. The most famous are mentioned in a lot of legends: 3-4 eastern-like dragons, a mystery hunter and an old woman, a golden deer, a black eagle; a few others are less known.

Often they are called 'gods', 'deities' and mistaken for actual spirits.

It's very difficult to differ them from normal creatures if you have never seen them before, and they haven't told you about their origin. Probably the only 'helpful' tip is that they seem to appear 'out of nowhere' and the same way disappear, - all of them can become unseen for mortal eyes.
Despite the variety of talents, they all try to avoid dark things and are often 'addicted' to light-bearers. Light-bearers, in turn, welcome them with open arms/paws/wings/whatever as Angeiryds possess knowledge of old and ancient magic. The beings often come to help mortals.

Their lifespan is almost eternal if they're not killed by dark creatures, such as elites of the Demon Emperor. Only such strong demons can challenge them, but each kill is followed by the anger of spirits which can be described only as 'no mercy for a murderer'. So far 2 of great beings were murdered by elites, and none of participants had left a whole piece of themselves afterwards.

Uncapable of bearing/making offspring of any sort.

They don't require food, but can eat some they like.

Abilities:
Common half-spirit's:
- becoming unseen to mortal eyes;
- 'ghostlike' form for a couple of hours;
- vast knowledge of magic;

Unique:
- size change;
- summoning the spirits of the dead (one in a few hours for no more than an hour at max).

Weaknesses:
Anything dark can harm them very deeply; wounds made by dark fire/demonic claws/blades/shadow beings heal very slow.
