Description
Well, I finally got around to doing some more pixel work. I am happy with this one. It's a monitor - carved pixel by pixel into a piece of totem pole for *ryan-gfx 's pixel community projectIt's only my second piece that I've done with a limited palette, and my first attempt at dithering... I think I did alright.
Anyway, it felt good to work on another pixel project. It's rare that I go through with my pixel art pieces, so i'm glad I had a solid stint working on this one.
Comments welcome, and make sure you check out the other submissions for the project!

Man I couldn't get that photorealism if I turned into a camera Looks just FANTASTIC. I applaud your use of shading, especially on a limited color pallette. You did a wonderful job.

Yeah i think you have done well in putting an angle on the computer and not just doing it from from or side view. It looks very well integrated into the pole.

How you fit that comp in there, I have no idea. And at that kind of angle? Genious!
Sweet work with it. Impressive style and, heh, can't wait to see it up on the totem.

Having the monitor at an angle to the viewer definitely makes it more interesting and solid. The shading's done nicely, and the details... could even make out the on/off button! Great job.
