Description

In 2036, the post-Ethereal reformed US government instituted a new program. With hopes of creating a more effective and loyal line of soldiers, new levels of indoctrination were explored.

Studies indicated that the men of fighting age were en masse turning to promiscuous Japanese graphic novels, imported before the global economy had collapsed. This was likely due to the societal and emotional stresses that they had endured. From these studies, NUS researchers reached a conclusion; and from that conclusion, they innovated.

The NUS government began a new draft.  Young women, typically around the same age of drafted fighters, were separated into two groups:
Group A consisted of "breeders", designated the draftees to carry on the struggling population count.

Group B, on the other hand, designated draftees to be harvested for the new military program.

The Group B draftees were, unbeknownst to the public, executed. Quickly after the execution, all neural data was scanned to the crown jewel of the new project:

The SpectrAl Microchip.

These microchips could think, take orders, manage actions, and deliver orders. In all intents and purposes, they were sentient. However,

due to their digital structure, the microchips could be more easily influenced than the organic human brain. Simultaneously, the chips could influence a host human brain more easily than another human being could, especially when hallucinogens and other narcotics were administered to the host.

ADHa is the mind on the SpectrAl chip implanted in the Fledgeking.  She is a particularly unique case, as she was not scanned from a Draftee, but instead from an important political figure from New Deutschland who "passed away,"

Her personality is notably upbeat. She is an encouraging presence for Fledgeking, and even rewards him on the battlefield with hits of dopamine.

As a task manager, she is effective... However, she has a tendency to hyperfixate on several things at once, creating a consistently chaotic experience for Fledgeking.
