one of my favourite songs was.. (and still is) Sora. composed by Yoko Kanno and was featured in the Escaflowne movie. (i don't like anime all that much more of a manga dork but that movie just pwns)i loved soras design and i could never ever seem to draw her right .-. so i hope i got her somewhat right this time XD

Oh, pretty... And I'm impressed by how well you use Tria markers -- I've tried those beggars and I had fun (hah!) trying to make the block colours smooth and put in effective shading. You've managed it really well, though, well done!

I can't remember Sora's look exactly (think it's been a year or so since I've seen it), but I LOVE the colouring here, think you've done a brilliant job =^.^=

Okay I HATE anime. But I watched the whole Escaflowne series AND the movie. It was pretty great ya. Except Dilandau in the movie wasn't a chick! How disapointing.
I'm really impressed with the clothing folds on the yellowish part of the outfit.
