I finally finished another base!Turns out the PPG are horrifying without correctly colored eyes. Ooh boy.
...And yes, I did purposely color them the wrong colors to be mildly annoying.
Edit 11/16/17 : WOW that pink background color was painful to the eyes. Hope you can use this base without getting a serious headache. Forgot to change to a better color after finishing. My bad! ;u;
