- Slightly wanked Russia (enough to screw the West, not enough to be a threat to the Islamic world)

- Maybe Eurabia; hey, if we're wanking the Axis of Evil, might as well go all the way with it

Not a full Eurabia at this point, I think: we don't want too much of the globe directly ruled by the Enemies of Civilization, we need to have a fair amount of it being Threatened, Subverted, or Destabilized. Just make the Sinister Muslim Forces Planning to Take Over Europe into a powerful force will be enough - it's always Eurabia tomorrow, never Eurabia today.

and I'd think that the Sahara region might start splitting up ethnically (i.e., into longitudinal bands) rather than keep the lines France drew; mega!Zimbabwe would be a Drakesque Shona empire where conquered land was used for colonization (maybe they'd even be able to buy off the Whites by giving them the Copperbelt!)
