okay so some of the inspiration of this whole shebang comes from Marvel's series, Exiles which has a cool premise: What if we threw together a team of characters who are either from What If type worlds or ones no one really cares TOO much about in the normal timelines and made them globetrot through a bunch of What If parallel universes because the whole What If premise was getting hokey the way it was...

or at least that's what i got out of it. I read the first volume, meaning the 95 issues or so and felt good doing so. i wouldn't want to read another volume...but they did a decent job connecting one arc to another. and c'mon, Morph is like the best character Marvel has got. I mean he's essentially their answer to DC's Plastic Man, but with decent writers behind him most of the time, he was the most enjoyable to read. and marvel isn't afraid to have 'funny heroes'...
