Just to prove that I AM really making Maxime into a MUGEN player.At the moment, he's not so impressive. Completely adequate as a punching bag, but with only four attacks and one parry, he's not exactly the most awesome fighter to say the least. So here are some screenshots of him getting hammered by some of the others and attempting to defend himself as best he can.
I hope to have his one-button commands finished soon, and then I'll go on to the specials and supers. When he's finished, Maxime will be ready to kick some ass.
Oh yeah, and no, that blood doesn't belong to him, that's actually part of Ella's attack. We all know that there's no gore in Fort Glen/Electrospastic. Even so...where did the blood come from anyway if my characters don't bleed??

Generally, anything I draw that has a stumpy tail and long floppy ears is a bunny. I need to draw more stiff-eared rabbits because the lops are getting kind of old.

I wish I had MUGEN, but I'm too stubborn to download it and coding DEFINITELY is not one of my stronger abilities.
I think the Electrospastic/Fort Glen style works perfectly with this thing. People are right that Maxime stands out because of the art style, but I wouldn't like it any other way. It's very cool to look at. Besides, there isn't much to complain about because of the fact that other characters have some quite... DIFFERENT features that stand out, yes?
Keep at it, Ryanide! It's like your coolness just exploded and is causing me to bleed!

you know what... I might be able toget someone to help you if you want. he can be hard to get a hold of sometimes but he's really good at video game functions and physics.

Yup. The blood is one of Ella's EXPLOD functions.
Maxime has a few EXPLODs at the moment, namely his will-0-whisps, but they were really annoying to get good transparency for.

I was considering that, but I'm worried that if I do that, my copyright of those characters could be endangered because of the issues surrounding MUGEN's copyright status at the moment.

Ella is supposed to be an angry ghost just like that character.
Also, as one of her entrances, she crawls out of a TV, so the creator obviously saw the similarity and played it for laughs.

Probably the worst way to lose to Ella is when she hits you with her Ultra-special counter.
You know, the one where she rips out your heart, puts explosives on it, then puts it back into your chest. ^_^

it's a fully editable fighting game engine. It's basically an entire game that you can download and then develop characters for.

Apprently Ella doesn't take care of her tools after she's done with them. That things going to rust if she doesn't clean it XD
He does seem out of place, even in Mugen. It's just that he looks 3-D o.O

Ella shoots crows out of her eyes. Anyone who can do that doesn't NEED to clean their own tools. Her awesomeness cleans them automatically.
