Description
This is for I finally drew his character, 1st Lieutenant Max Kwon, callsign Brawl, USAF fighter pilot. Lieutenant Kwon flies the new F-22 Raptor, which is currently replacing the aging F-15C Eagles (which was Bat's first aircraft) and he is stationed at Langley AFB where he's part of the 27th Fighter Squadron, the Fighting Eagles! I've asked him if I could draw his character and he said I could.

With Kwon are my two fighter pilot characters, Major Ryan Perreault callsign Bat and 1st Lieutenant Roland Schwarz callsign Fang. Bat's OLD Fighter Squadron was the 71st which was also out in Langley (the 71st Fighter Squadron "Ironmen" recently disbanded so they're gone). Currently, Bat and Fang are part of the 335th Fighter Squadron, the Chiefs, based in Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. There, they fly the F-15E Strike Eagle.

Anyway, here's all three of them are with a background of Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan. You'll notice it seems like I drew Brawl too short compared to GUNRAPTOR's art. In fact, height is the main key factor of being a fighter pilot. I've met a lot of fighter pilots and I can tell ya that all of them were the same height (that and when they shake your hand their grips are very stiff LOL) so I wanted to make sire that Ryan, Roland, and Max were all the same height.

Overall, Lieutenant Kwon seems like a pretty cool character. I didn't mean to make him look upset or unimpressed, I wanted the three of them to be happy... maybe he doesn't like the fact that Bat is a Major LOL That and Bat became an officer through the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs (Fang became an officer through ROTC). I dunno much about Kwon's personality or how he became an officer, but I do know is that he's really cool... he's a FIGHTER PILOT! LOL How can ya NOT like that?!

Drawing this was hard because I wanted everything to be technically accurate. I think the helmets were hard because I wanted them to be big enough for their heads and the helmets the same size as well. Overall I think I did a pretty good job.
