Phalanstrio/Phalanx relies on her powers to float in pieces, however she always forgets that her powers are limited and if she stays floating in pieces for too long then her powers will go away for a while and she'll fall down. The powers do come back eventually after a while however it takes longer for Phalanstrio's power to restore depending on how much power she has used.
