I have no idea why there's as much noise as there is. o.O It's really bugging me too. I think it had something to do with the lack of good lighting and my ISO. But, I've NEVER seen 400 iso get that noisey before.... So.... I have no idea. (I'm probably the only one noticing all the noise. LMAO.)
