Then you all should look the Kawah ijen volcano...which have blue lava because of high sulfur concentration.

yes, it could.
You just need an extremely hot matter... It depends on the melted material but arounds 10'000 Kelvin something could glow blue.
The side effect may be that eyes could not be able to bear such a strong thermal radiation
