Idk i just had this sudden impulse to draw this out.I'm not mocking anyone by this strip. Basically it's just HK picking up bad words just from being around with England.
You really need to watch what you say more closely around him, Arthur.....
Also i have cleverly hidden a part of the offensive wordings by covering it with a cute panda, hurrah for cute censorship.
God it's 6 AM why am i still up..

lol - I can see this happening in two ways. One is that Hong Kong is like most kids with a new language and repeats whatever he hears; two is that he does know what he's saying and he's just trying to spite England (which, given the backstory for these two would be more likely in my book).
