Idk i just had this sudden impulse to draw this out.I'm not mocking anyone by this strip. Basically it's just HK picking up bad words just from being around with England.
You really need to watch what you say more closely around him, Arthur.....
Also i have cleverly hidden a part of the offensive wordings by covering it with a cute panda, hurrah for cute censorship.

May I ask, where did the Hetalia characters get names such as "Arthur" for England, etc? I've seen the other countries given names like that. Is it a fan thing?

Most of the names are official (I think Ukraine's the only one with a fan-given name), given by the author himself, although the characters don't call each other by human name in the anime/comics.
