Experimented with AI Renderer that renders AI from the final render; and made AI Textures with DT2DB.AI Renderer Addon
The AI will generate when enabled from the render settings and click render image.

AI textures Setup: Tutorial
*Make sure to use blender 3.6 LTS for addons below:
Dream Textures Addon
DeepBump Addon
dt2db Bridge Addon
Dream textures will generate in the texture area; while DeepBump and DT2DB Bridge will only show in the node editor; sometimes you have to manually connect the generated nodes.

Notes:
Older blender versions can be installed together with other versions using portable Installer . Just put it in another directory. Or follow this guide
Addons in another directory are made by going to preferences / file paths + script directories / add a directory with an addon folder otherwise Blender will not detect.
Install addons from zip file in the edit/preferences menu should work on blender 3.6 LTS for Dream Textures if not unzip Dream Textures folder into addons folder and you should see the addon.
Dream textures with Blender 4.0 will crash or infinite loop and cannot close the program.
C:\Users\yourUsername\.cache\huggingface\hub is where Dream Textures stores models.
