To be fair Heat Thresher and Plasmoid have either had absent (Jumba) or selfish/crappy parent figures (Gantu and Hamsterviel), making Hammerface of all people the only person they can even think of giving a Father's Day card to at first. Safe to say he was mortified, Clip thought it was adorable and took a picture, so their scrapbook contains an image of him panicking right in the middle of the other three

Jumba kind of. didn't have the closest relationship with any of the three; even Plasmoid-considered a favorite in the old lab, was often on his own and mostly hung out with other experiments. Heat and Thresher were early deactivations because Jumba unfortunately didn't know how to work with their anxiety. It's only after both weekly trips to the house due to health issues and being rescued that they actually start building a proper relationship with him. It takes a while

By contrast Hammerface is extremely close with Jumba, being considered one of his most loyal experiments back in the old lab. This wasn't a relationship that would end on good terms, as a perfect storm of overcrowding, Jumba's divorce, Hamsterviel, Clip's existence, etc. led to the two drifting apart and Hammerface viewing Jumba as a bratty overgrown child. They immediately put this to rest once Hammerface is activated on Earth, but it takes a long time for them to rebuild their relationship

Oh right also a big part of this is that Hammerface chose his relationship with Clip over Jumba; he advocated for her to not be altered or disassembled and almost immediately became her closest ally in the old lab, and then became partners soon after so~
