Since RWBY Chibi is coming soon, i thought i'd make this in case anyone wanted to make their RWBY OCs into Chibi as well ^^Rules:
1. free to use.
2. you MUST give me credit.
3. you can edit the hell out of this base, but still you must give me credit.
4. Frankendoodling is allowed as long as it's okay with other artists.
5. you MUST show me your work when your done, i would like to see what you did with my base.
6. no five minute jobs please (I worked my ass off on this base).
