Ice in his first form.

This is his base form. in said form he is still quite deadly, even more so then Frieza's First form. He can wipe the floor with any Saiyan that crosses him easily, as well as destroy planets with ease, however he is still not at full power, and refuses to use his other forms unless there is a need for them, for he likes to toy with his opponents rather then just kill them straight away. He does so to show off, as well as get a better reading of His opponents power level. He absolutely refuses to use a scouter, seeing as they are inefficient to him, no matter the upgrade. He is by far the most powerful Icejin in Universe 0, however he is not the strongest being in said universe, and is looking to destroy any race that may try to surpass him, and that includes the Saiyan Race. He HATES them with a burning passion, and wishes nothing more then to see them writhe in agony...or die by his hand, whichever comes first.
