Unofficial update of T-14 Armata addon - version 1.1Addition to Operation Flashpoint 1.91 - 1.96

The author of the original addon - modEmMaik
Changes:
- Increased the size and detail textures.
- New model / texture for wheels, gun, tracks, commander turret and other minor details.
- Added decal on the sides (4 species).
- New inner lod (viewcargo).
- The damage display screen in the inner lod is removed and replaced by a static image more relevant to the real sample of the tank.
- Removed unused textures and "selections" in p3d file.
- Various minor changes to the model geometry.
- Slightly reduced the tank size up to ~ 8800 cm.
- New classes of weapons "modem_T14_APFS125_3", "modem_T14_ReflexM" - APFSDS "Svinetc-2" and ATGM "Reflex-M" respectively.
- Class "modem_T14_APFS125_3" is entered as the primary (most powerful), but in the config file saved all the original classes by modEmMaik.
- Added script animated suspension.
- Added Grid sights similar to the T-90MS.
- Added icon tank in mission editor.
