Yea, then the Baron took Arrakis from Leto.
The Paul took it from everyone. (and Alia killed the Baron)

but why use the map of Arrakis as a bg?
if I remember correctly
(it's been a few years since I read those books)
Artreides took over Arrakis from the Harkonnen
