Based on my Infinity Train FANFIC story. Introduced in Chapter 13: Bring Me a Dream

Name: Tulip (last name unknown)

Age: 100+

Occupation: student

Relatives/Relationships: Andy (father), Megan (mother)

Height: 4'11" (150 cm)

An incredibly paranoid young girl who does not trust anyone, not even herself sometimes. She sits in the corner of Dream Land, whispering a bunch of gibberish as she writes down in her notepad. A kind of gibberish that she somehow manages to turn into an actual language only she and she alone understands. With this incredibly powerful language, she's able to construct two train cars on the Infinity Train Ouroboros, the Mirror Car (not the Chrome Car from the show) and the Library Car.

Two vast halls that exist to protect herself and her secrets from the prying nigh omniscient eyes of the Conductor. The books in the Library are all written in this gibberish language, and the Mirrors house secrets of her past and herself that cannot be revealed by anybody but her. All the different versions of Tulip realizes long ago that writing notes down into the notebook is too dangerous so they kept notes inside their heads (since most of them are super geniuses anyway). Paranoid Tulip took one step further when she built these two cars, fearing the possibility of mind control.

She is however getting more Paranoid, now resorting to writing in her notebook because she ran out of room her brain. This Tulip might not be as dangerous as the Conductor Tulip, but she is just as intelligent if not more.
