Well that was loud. At least I'm fully awake now... Looks good but in desperate need for a stop button.

ah! great. I'm certified in CS3. create 2 new layers. name one new layer 'action', and the other 'label'. on the action layer, go to the bar at the bottom of the screen and click 'actions'. type stop(); then hit enter. Create a button. in this button, make frames for up over and down. make images for each, or text, whatever. go back to the main file. bring an instance of the button out. give the button an instance name in the properties inspector. back to the actionscript. type [instance name].addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, play) hit enter, function play(event:MouseEvent) :void, enter, {, enter again, gotoAndPlay("play"), enter, }, then on the label layer, give the first frame a label of play in the properties inspector. add an extra keyframe to every layer but action. test movie.

Great! It works well! My first try took me forever to get it to work right. Were my instructions helpful?

Yeah! Think so, too!^^
It took me also long but it worked.
Yeah, your instructions was very helpful of course!!
I only had some problems with the up, over and down frames. But at least it worked.
Thanks again!
