He seems like a fun guy to draw x3 To me characters like him, whose design differs a lot from my usual characters, is a pain at the start but when you get the hang of it you just love it because the design makes them unique =w=

I mean like "Boku", "Ore", "Watashi", "Atashi", you get the idea.

That's kind of a personal preference thing. Watashi is the most common one for everyone. It's not incorrect for any age or gender to use it. Using the other ones is normally trying to indicate something specific about yourself. For example saying ore is trying to sound tough and saying atashi is trying to sound feminine. Boku is kind of like a spunky young little boy kind of thing (men may say it to say they feel young or something though, and girls may use it to say they are rebelous and very tom-boyish). As a related thing Kenshin in Rorouni Kenshin says sessha to sound humble. The point is these are all trying to create some impression of yourself, or said because you like the image that it comes with. There is never a situation where anyone needs to use boku/ore/atashi/etc.
In VERY formal situations you may need to say watakushi instead of watashi, but in informal situations with friends there isn't really specific requirements.. just connotations that come with them.
