Description
Turned Gardevoir into an Electric/Fairy type (was originally planned to be Psychic/Electric). It evolves from Kirlia through use of a Thunder Stone.

It is said a Kirlia absorbed lightning through its horns, then suddenly evolved into a new form of Gardevoir with the power to freely control electric energy. Although no longer a Psychic type, it still retains some of its psychic abilities. If angered, it could create a thunderstorm that lasts three full days; because of these newly obtained abilities, it has been given the nickname 'Thunder Princess'.

Its abilities are Lightning Rod and Electric Surge. Its hidden ability is Trace.

It has a signature move called Thunderkinesis (Electric type move with 85 power). The attack never misses and it may paralyze the target.

(btw: I've been playing Pokémon Insurgence recently on Normal difficulty, the Delta Gardevoir is my best team member apart from Delta Venusaur and Flygon).
