Started doing new forms for the beasts of Johto (I guess you could say I did this because of those new Paradox Pokémon). For Raikou I made it a Flying Type.

Whenever this Pokémon appears it is accompanied by strong winds; appearance-wise, it looks like Raikou, but whether or not this is another form of Raikou is debatable. It has the ability to create thunderstorms which further supports the claim.

Its ability is Inner Focus and its hidden ability is Wind Rider.

Its signature move is Cyclone (Flying/Power: 80/Accuracy: 90) this move is also an electric move and targets all opposing Pokémon.

So how about that Brontosaurus?
